This Medical ID Card contains the name and Access ID Code of the member. It also includes your Allergies, Conditions, Health Insurance Provider, Emergency Contact, Primary Doctor, Blood Type, D.O.B. and if you wish to be an Organ Donor. This card provides emergency service personnel the information needed to retrieve vital medical records and legal documents that will assist them during an emergency situation. Medical personnel may simply log into www.vnmedical-idcard.com, enter the members name and Access ID Code found on the member's Medical ID Card or they may call our 24/7 emergency hotline. They will be provided with a read-only summary of the member medical and legal records. Your medical information is otherwise completely private and secure. |

How Do I Update My Medical Records?

You can enter your personal medical records by logging into
www.vnmedical-idcard.com Click on the 'My Account' and enter in your Access ID Code and Password to enter your personal records. You can then add or updating your personal information in the easy to use online forms. When updating your records, you may choose to do it yourself or call our 24/7 customer service toll-free number. You can update your records at any time. We recommend updating your personal information when ever you feel there has been a major change in your medical history, minimum at least once a year.

What If I Lose My Card Or My Card Is Stolen?

If you lose your card or your card is stolen, the first thing to do is call the 24hr customer service at 800 796-6431 or log into our website www.vnmedical-idcard.com and inform us of the loss. Your Medical ID Card will be changed immediately and you will receive your new card within 5 business days. |

Can Anyone Change My Medical Details?

No. Your medical information cannot be changed if a doctor or emergency personnel are viewing your Emergency Medical Records. Only you can change your information by entering your Access ID Code and Password into the My Account login. |

Should I Become a Member Even If I Have No Medical Problems?

It also contains your personal profile such as personal contacts, insurance policy, phone numbers and agents name, your professional advisors and your legal information. This information can be used in emergency and non-emergency situations. |

What Is The Cost Of Membership?

A single My Very Necessary Medical I.D. Card membership is $40.00 annually. Couples are $60.00 annually. Children or additional family members tied to a Primary account are $30.00 annually.

Card has to offer there members. You now have the ability to add to and update your personal records immediately. You can begin building your permanent Medical ID Card, which will be sent to you in the mail with your Key Tag and Window Decals. |
